Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.
~ Margaret Mead

You have arrived at the Noise Activist's Guide - where anti-noise partisans come to make change happen, and join in the process of discovering what works.

This Activist's Guide is divided into three parts:

Part One: The details on a readily enforceable barking law, and the best way to get It adopted where you live
This page will link you to information about the only barking law there is that has a chance of actually quieting the dogs in the town where you live. It will also tell you about how you can plug-in to a rapidly developing program that can greatly increase your chances of getting that ordinance signed into law in your area.

Part Two: The politics of noise
It is not an accident, nor is it mere happenstance that the world is as noisy as it is. Especially in the United States, where our devastating noise blight is due to politics, corruption, and a back-stabbing sell-out that led to the acoustic disenfranchisement of the American people. This section tells you how you were robbed of your right to a quiet home.

Part Three: Background information for anti-noise activists
This section will provide you with the tools and basic information you need to start making your world a quieter place.
